Account Executive - Inside Sales

The Account Executive - Inside Sales is responsible for owning, retaining, and growing a defined $2M+ book of business in Meridian, ID. This onsite role offers a base pay of $24.00 per hour plus uncapped commission, with a total target compensation of $74,000+ per year, supporting the company's mission to provide comprehensive site services. This role exists to drive revenue growth by understanding customer needs, identifying expansion opportunities, and closing deals. The incumbent will balance farming existing clients with prospecting new opportunities in construction, industrial, and municipal markets to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.

What you'll do

• Own and manage a defined portfolio of existing business.
• Identify and capture new revenue opportunities through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
• Prospect and develop new business in target verticals.
• Maintain an accurate and disciplined pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with field operations and customer care to ensure seamless service delivery.
