The Chef role is an onsite, full-time position in Hazelwood, MO, paying $18–$21 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at BioMerieux Hazelwood. What you'll do

• Supervise, coordinate, and participate in food preparation and service
• oversee hourly kitchen associates, including scheduling, training, and counseling
• prepare food according to standardized recipes and service schedules
• maintain presentation, quality, portion control, and serving temperatures
• track food use and waste
• receive and inspect supplies
• maintain equipment and workstation sanitation
• and help select and develop recipes and menus.
