What you'll do

• Represent financial-services clients in litigation, government investigations, and regulatory enforcement
• manage discovery and document collections
• assist with agency negotiations
• participate in interviews and depositions
• draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, briefs, agreements, correspondence, and regulatory submissions
• develop litigation and settlement strategies
• research consumer financial-services laws
• advise clients on strategy and regulatory risks
• and prepare reports and presentations.

Why this role
