What you'll do

• plan itineraries and meet with OEMs, distributors, and end users
• evaluate market penetration and work from leads and customer inquiries
• conduct product training
• notify technical service of unique challenges
• monitor competitor activity
• attend trade shows as needed
• use CRM and sales programs
• explain warranty processes
• live in the territory and travel regularly.
