What you'll do

• Perform quantity surveys from project plans, read and outline specifications, and maintain an audit trail across estimates. Support vendor and subcontractor pricing, bid solicitation, and distribution of plans and specifications. Prepare basic cost estimate components
• solicit, coordinate, and compile vendor quotes
• assist with pricing and tracking value-creation items
• participate in constructability reviews
• and help develop trade scopes and analyze proposals. Collaborate with project stakeholders and gain self-perform estimating experience. Onsite project support may occur as opportunities exist.
