Senior Audio-Visual Project Manager

The Senior Audio-Visual Project Manager works in person in Hicksville, NY, with field visits as required. Compensation is $115,000–$130,000 per year. Global AV Group delivers audio, video, lighting, and staging experiences for clients. The role leads complex commercial AV integration projects from kickoff through installation, commissioning, client acceptance, and closeout. It coordinates clients and project teams while managing scope, schedules, budgets, technical execution, quality, and project performance.

What you'll do

• Lead commercial AV integration projects through closeout
• manage schedules, milestones, resources, equipment, budgets, forecasts, and change orders
• coordinate engineering, programming, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and field teams
• serve as primary client contact
• conduct site visits and direct field resources
• review drawings and technical documentation
• oversee installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning
• support acceptance, punch lists, and closeout
• mentor project team members.
