Medical Receptionist

What you'll do

• Manage patient check-in and check-out
• update patient contact and insurance information
• process and obtain insurance authorizations as needed
• collect copays, balances, and other payments
• prepare and reconcile daily clinic deposits
• coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and schedule changes
• serve as liaison between the clinic and internal teams
• process medical-record requests
• coordinate appointments for incoming referrals.
