Job overview
The Dialysis Patient Care Technician (PCT) role is an onsite position located in Los Angeles, CA. Compensation is $24.00 - $32.32 per hour, supporting the U.S. Renal Care team in providing essential dialysis treatments to patients with renal failure. This role exists to provide safe, high-quality care to patients undergoing hemodialysis. The PCT works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse to monitor patient vitals, manage dialysis equipment, and ensure all safety and quality protocols are strictly followed.

- Monitor patient vital signs, initiate and terminate dialysis treatments, collect blood samples, prepare and disinfect hemodialysis machines, and maintain safety logs.
