What you'll do

• Build and scale tools for creating, managing, prioritizing, and auditing annotation projects
• develop workflows and quality-control systems
• build full-stack features using Python, Node.js/TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, and backend APIs
• lead projects through production delivery
• partner with product, design, operations, and data teams
• mentor engineers and improve testing, observability, and operational health.
