What you'll do

  • Provide clinical, administrative, and operational leadership for the Crisis Residential Program
  • oversee service authorizations and outreach
  • provide clinical consultation on admissions, assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, case management, utilization review, discharge planning, and care coordination
  • supervise, train, and evaluate Crisis Specialists and direct service staff
  • manage scheduling, shift coverage, payroll approvals, meetings, and workflow
  • monitor documentation, chart reviews, resident outcomes, referrals, occupancy, and utilization
  • lead outreach and referral development
  • coordinate facility safety and incident reporting.
