What you'll do

• Plan, conduct, and evaluate aquatics group exercise classes
• lead water exercise classes and programs
• follow safety and certification guidelines
• understand pool-area safety and building emergency procedures
• report injuries, accidents, unsafe conditions, and needed repairs
• assist with volunteer recruitment
• maintain current training and certifications
• attend community events to promote YMCA programs
• help with aquatics fitness marketing and retention initiatives
• track participant numbers
• maintain a safe and clean pool environment.
