What you'll do

• Analyze work orders, work pieces, and blueprints to determine sequences
• set up dies and gauges and adjust ram stroke
• set up and operate machines to manufacture parts
• inspect parts during production using measuring equipment
• verify finished work against specifications and blueprints
• complete work order routers with good and scrap quantities
• communicate with engineers, production personnel, and programmers to resolve problems.
