The Organizational Change Management & Supplier Management Lead role is onsite in Washington, DC. The stated pay is $55–$56 per hour. ZipStaff is seeking the lead to serve as a strategic liaison between a Supplier Management Office and an Organizational Change Management team for a leading transportation organization. The role improves supplier lifecycle operations by assessing existing processes, replacing manual work with standardized digital workflows, and establishing governance, compliance controls, and reporting. It also supports adoption through structured change strategies, training, and stakeholder communications.

What you'll do

• Assess supplier processes, trackers, and reporting tools
• map current and future processes and design centralized digital workflows
• facilitate working sessions with business units and procurement
• create and maintain playbooks, procedures, intake workflows, and templates for sourcing, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding
• build reporting models and executive dashboards
• establish supplier KPIs, scorecards, and governance cadences
• identify compliance and vendor financial risks
• develop change strategies, training materials, job aids, user guides, and communications.
