What you'll do

• Prepare pleadings, motions, depositions, and briefs
• appear in courts throughout the tri-state area
• manage cases through the litigation cycle
• review files and develop litigation strategies
• manage a large caseload
• track case status, court appearances, calendars, and client matters
• represent clients in matrimonial and family matters.
