What you'll do

• Drive annual EBITDA and revenue growth targets with the private equity sponsor
• identify adjacent markets and customers
• grow share in existing markets

• communicate initiative progress
• support organizational culture
• evaluate M&A opportunities and lead post-acquisition integration.
