What you'll do

• Monitor, train, and coordinate memory care programming, staffing, and care services
• coordinate Life Enrichment activities and training
• assist with assessments and service plans
• facilitate monthly family/resident council and host a monthly Alzheimer’s support group or Lunch and Learn
• hire, train, supervise, and evaluate caregiver staff
• coordinate work with the Wellness Team and Administrator
• monitor care partner work and housekeeping coordination
• perform medication aide or Care Partner duties when needed
• complete resident paperwork and audit charts
• update service plans and facilitate quarterly meetings.
