What you'll do

• Evaluate non-emergency work requests and define job scope
• inspect job locations
• estimate labor, skills, parts, materials, equipment, and tools
• gather technical documentation and verify parts availability
• maintain a prioritized work-order backlog and Ready Backlog at or above 80%
• update job plans through continuous improvement
• hold weekly planning and scheduling meetings with Production
• create weekly technician schedules
• review maintenance metrics
• maintain records
• train site employees on the CMMS.
