General Liability Paralegal

The General Liability Paralegal role is hybrid and may be based in MG+M’s Irvine, Los Angeles, Walnut Creek, or San Francisco, CA offices. Compensation is $85,000–$110,000 per year. MG+M is a litigation law firm focused on complex civil matters, including general liability. The paralegal supports attorneys handling complex litigation by managing case materials, preparing legal documents, coordinating discovery and proceedings, and conducting research under attorney supervision.

What you'll do

• Manage multiple litigation matters
• monitor filings and prepare assessments for attorneys
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other documents under attorney supervision
• coordinate with clients, adjusters, experts, court personnel, and opposing counsel
• conduct legal and factual research
• organize case files, exhibits, and trial binders
• assist with depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• track subpoenas and records requests
• review discovery documents
• submit billable time.
