What you'll do

• Sell full-season, half-season, and partial-season ticket plans
• prospect by phone, at in-stadium tours, and through external appointments
• attend outside events to sell ticket packages and corporate sales
• maintain prospecting and sales records
• make at least 50 calls or emails per day documented in the CRM
• serve new and current clients during the non-baseball season
• learn the Tickets.com system to answer questions and troubleshoot customer issues.
