What you'll do

• Lead the Learning and Development strategy, priorities, and roadmap
• coach and develop the team
• oversee franchisee training, curriculum, learning content, and resources
• own the learning management system and learning technology experience
• build repeatable systems and processes
• partner with Operations and cross-functional leaders to translate business needs into learning solutions
• monitor metrics and learner feedback
• apply change-management methods to support adoption.
