Maintenance Technician – Laurel Park

What you'll do

• Complete resident work orders
• repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and other building systems
• complete apartment make-readies and unit turns
• conduct preventive maintenance and inspections
• diagnose issues and make repairs or recommendations
• maintain grounds, common areas, mechanical rooms, and the maintenance shop
• respond to emergency and after-hours calls as part of the on-call rotation
• maintain work-order and inspection records
• follow safety, OSHA, and Fair Housing requirements
• and maintain tools and supplies.
