Senior Technical Analyst — Digital Experience Observability

What you'll do

• Gather requirements and build reports and dashboards using Glassbox and visualization layers
• translate session signals into leadership-ready findings
• develop reusable reporting models
• build automation and tools using platform capabilities and APIs
• apply GenAI tools to internal workflows within enterprise constraints
• investigate mobile session anomalies and configure or troubleshoot Glassbox SDK instrumentation
• document procedures and runbooks
• coordinate with vendors and support web and native implementation work as needed.
