What you'll do

• Clean lobbies, community halls, offices, restrooms, and assigned leased units
• sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors
• clean walls, windows, fixtures, and appliances
• maintain walkways, parking lots, grounds, garbage areas, and hallways
• notify supervisors about supplies and repairs
• assist with building access security, equipment moves, and meeting setup
• prepare housing units for painting as needed.
