• Build and maintain school partnerships through meetings, calls, emails, and events
• conduct outreach and follow up on referrals and leads
• collaborate with marketing on school communications
• host partners at programs
• represent Youth Frontiers at community events
• gather partner feedback
• log activity in Salesforce
• track goals and contribute to reporting.
