What you'll do

• Oversee contract intake, review coordination, approvals, execution, storage, renewals, and closeout
• coordinate stakeholder review and resolve contract issues
• improve Legal team workflows and procedures
• administer and optimize contract lifecycle management technology
• maintain templates and knowledge resources with attorneys
• support compliance and escalate risks
• manage outside counsel engagement and spend
• maintain dashboards and report metrics
• partner with Development, Procurement, Finance, and Operations.
