What you'll do

• Acknowledge and respond to customer communications
• verify job specifications and artwork and relay information to estimating
• gather production details and confirm specifications against quotes
• create job tickets and job bags
• relay proofing information
• coordinate paper allocation and job release with planning
• monitor jobs through completion and communicate schedule updates
• maintain communication with Account Managers
• notify customers when orders are ready and send shipping confirmation and bills of lading.
