• Build consultative relationships with operational leaders
• advise and coach on performance management, organizational design, engagement, talent planning, change management, and HR policies
• support employee-relations matters and risk management
• use data and business context to inform recommendations
• identify process and technology improvements
• collaborate across Human Capital.
