What you'll do

• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standardized recipes and established procedures
• inspect food and supplies
• maintain inventory and production records
• keep equipment and food preparation, storage, and serving areas sanitary
• serve appropriate portions
• monitor kitchen and cafeteria safety
• and perform related nutrition-service duties as assigned. Cash collection and reconciliation may be part of the work.
