What you'll do

• Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations
• operate shuttle vehicles safely and follow traffic laws, company policies, and DOT procedures
• maintain vehicle, fuel, and daily activity records
• inspect and clean the shuttle
• assist passengers with luggage, boarding, exiting, and mobility needs
• answer questions and address concerns
• coordinate with dispatch and team members
• report incidents and troubleshoot transit issues.
