Maintenance Aide

What you'll do

• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, tile, appliance, carpentry, and other repairs
• support unit make-ready work
• maintain grounds and common areas
• assist with landscaping and debris removal
• follow safety procedures and applicable agency and HUD standards
• respond to after-hours and weekend emergency calls on a rotating standby and backup basis.

Why this role
