What you'll do

• Own monthly close and portfolio reporting
• create pre- and post-acquisition accounting integration processes
• design and document internal controls
• use technology and automation to accelerate close
• hire, train, and manage Portfolio Accountants
• explain financial results to operator-CEOs
• partner on KPIs, budgets, and performance reviews
• support audit, tax, treasury, and payroll needs
• improve the accounting playbook.
