Warehouse Supervisor, Day Shift

The Warehouse Supervisor, Day Shift role is onsite in Lindon, UT. Compensation is $28–$33 per hour. Somafina is a contract manufacturer of dietary supplements, and this role leads warehouse and material-handling operations supporting production. The supervisor directs warehouse personnel and oversees inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, material storage, and production material readiness. Maintaining accurate Fishbowl ERP records and staging the right materials for production helps prevent avoidable delays and supports quality and traceability.

What you'll do

• Train, coach, and lead warehouse personnel
• organize daily warehouse activities and priorities
• manage staffing and timecards
• maintain accurate Fishbowl inventory records and transactions
• oversee cycle counts and investigate discrepancies
• prepare, verify, and stage production materials
• oversee inbound receiving and outbound shipments
• maintain material traceability, storage, safety, and housekeeping
• maintain warehouse equipment readiness
• keep records and report performance metrics
• coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, Procurement, Finance, and Maintenance.
