The Precision CNC Machining Team Lead — Milling & Turning role is onsite in Matthews, NC. Compensation is not specified. It helps deliver quality parts on schedule, resolve production issues, strengthen team capability, and reinforce safety, quality, and continuous improvement practices.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC milling, turning, and mill-turn equipment
• support complex 3+2 and 5-axis work
• mentor and train machinists and operators
• coordinate priorities and throughput
• support tooling optimization, process control, inspection, and nonconformance resolution
• promote safety, 5S, FOD prevention, equipment care, and effective shift handoffs.

Why this role

Recruiting across first, second, and third shifts; the opportunity is currently aligned with second shift. Standard schedules are Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, or 11:00 PM–7:30 AM. High school diploma or GED plus CNC machining experience is required.
