The Program Aide role is onsite at Bright Elementary in Chicago, IL. It is part-time, scheduled Monday–Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Compensation is $18 per hour. Chicago Youth Centers serves children and families through out-of-school-time programming. The aide helps coordinate and deliver safe, engaging youth programming that supports positive development, learning, relationships, and participation. The role leads activities, supervises youth, supports transitions and attendance, and works with CYC staff, school personnel, families, and community partners.

• Lead Morning Club and after-school activities

• assist with field trips, events, and family engagement activities.
