Operations Manager

The Operations Manager role is onsite in Milwaukee, WI. Annual pay is $110,000–$130,000. The manager supports First Onsite’s restoration and disaster-recovery operations. The role coordinates trades, warehouse, scheduling, fleet operations, and projects to help work proceed safely, on schedule, and within budget. By leading teams, managing project resources and financials, and addressing operational issues, the manager contributes to branch and regional objectives and customer outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead project teams, schedules, and on-call responses
• ensure quality control, compliance, and documentation
• oversee contracts, change orders, subcontractors, and project financials
• monitor budgets and margins and report financial results
• support collections, crisis management, and conflict resolution
• assist with permitting and code compliance
• participate in business development
• manage equipment, materials, and resources
• review scopes, plans, and specifications
• maintain after-hours and weekend availability.

Why this role

Requires 10 years of restoration or construction industry experience, or a combination of relevant education and equivalent industry experience. Bachelor’s degree and five years of management experience are preferred; after-hours and weekend availability is required.
