What you'll do

• Process customer quote requests and work with manufacturers and distribution partners on pricing
• manage customer requests through the quoting process
• maintain open opportunities and vendor portals
• update customer records, quotes, proposals, and opportunity stages
• communicate with customers, vendors, and employees
• escalate issues with documentation
• support post-order management and issue resolution
• manage opportunity backlogs and identify opportunities within existing accounts.
