Production Lead

What you'll do

• Lead daily production-floor activities and support production schedules
• coordinate priorities, staffing, workload, assembly, integration, and testing
• monitor workflow, staffing, material availability, bottlenecks, and recovery plans
• direct, train, and mentor production personnel
• reinforce quality, documentation, traceability, and safety requirements
• support troubleshooting, rework, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
