Maintenance Supervisor – 2nd Shift

The Maintenance Supervisor – 2nd Shift role is onsite in Tar Heel, NC. Compensation is $80,000–$100,000 per year, plus bonus. The role supports a food manufacturer’s production facility. The supervisor leads second-shift maintenance teams to keep plant equipment, facilities, utilities, and the powerhouse operating reliably. The work focuses on preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, safety, and minimizing downtime to support production efficiency.

What you'll do

• Lead second-shift maintenance mechanics and electricians in predictive and preventive maintenance and repairs
• train employees on work methods and safety
• oversee maintenance systems, processes, and documentation
• coordinate repair schedules with Production
• develop maintenance systems, TPM, SOPs, and safety programs
• troubleshoot failures
• maintain performance KPIs and reports
• ensure compliance with USDA regulations
• maintain work and inventory records.
