Engineering Program Manager, New Product Development is an onsite role based in Eight Sleep’s San Francisco office five days per week. Compensation is $160,000–$230,000 per year. The role leads hardware product development programs from concept through mass production. It aligns engineering teams and senior leaders on objectives, execution, schedule, and risk, helping the company scale product development and deliver products that meet customer expectations.
