What you'll do

• Review project documents and requirements
• submit and manage RFIs and addenda
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing
• prepare estimates and quantity take-offs
• conduct site surveys and pre-bid meetings
• assess constructability and value options
• prepare proposals
• support operations with field issues and change orders.
