What you'll do

• Develop and execute hotel sales plans
• prospect and develop corporate, group, catering, and negotiated accounts
• maintain client relationships
• respond to leads and prepare proposals and contracts
• conduct sales calls, appointments, networking, site tours, and community outreach
• maintain a qualified pipeline and accurate sales records
• participate in revenue strategy, forecasting, and leadership meetings
• monitor competition and market trends
• partner with Operations and Food & Beverage for group and event execution
• manage assigned revenue and departmental budgets.
