What you'll do

• Complete apartment maintenance for move-ins and turnovers
• fulfill work orders within 24 hours
• maintain common areas
• repair appliances, HVAC, and building mechanical systems
• maintain grounds
• follow safety and Fair Housing requirements
• report or complete other projects as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
