What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals according to facility menus and resident dietary needs
• ensure food is prepared and served safely, promptly, and attractively
• maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas
• follow dietary requirements and special diets, including texture modifications
• collaborate with dietary and facility staff.
