What you'll do

• Develop construction estimates and budgets before construction
• obtain competitive bids and manage costs
• negotiate purchasing for quality and price
• build and evaluate vendor and subcontractor relationships
• monitor actual costs against budgets and take corrective action
• coordinate with sales, construction, design, and finance
• improve estimating and purchasing processes.
