The Journeyman Industrial Maintenance Mechanic / Millwright — First Shift role is onsite in Galesburg, MI. Pay starts at $30 per hour based on experience, with quarterly profit sharing. Landscape Forms’ maintenance team helps keep manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently. The mechanic or millwright troubleshoots and repairs manufacturing equipment and mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Preventive maintenance, equipment improvements, and collaboration with production and engineering help improve reliability and reduce downtime.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair presses, benders, rollers, CNC machinery, and powder coating equipment
• maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• troubleshoot controls and support PLC-controlled and robotic equipment
• perform preventive maintenance
• support installations, modifications, and improvement projects
• work with production and engineering to resolve equipment issues safely.
