What you'll do

• Prepare monthly financial statements for client accounts
• enter and post general-ledger transactions and reconcile bank statements
• prepare accounts-payable checks and reports
• prepare payroll checks, reports, and payroll and sales taxes
• review and correct computer reports
• respond to client, vendor, and employee questions
• maintain client files
• organize tax workpapers
• prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and nonprofit returns for manager review
• prepare budgets and cash-flow projections.
