Job overview

What you'll do

• Prepare estimates, bids, and proposals for commercial painting projects
• review architectural plans, specifications, scopes, and requirements
• manage estimating activity
• build relationships with general contractors, clients, and project partners
• attend pre-bid meetings, jobsite walkthroughs, networking events, and client meetings
• follow up on bids
• communicate scope, pricing, clarifications, exclusions, and potential changes
• coordinate transition to awarded work with operations and project management.
