It contributes to customer service and shop operations by following established procedures, documenting repairs, and maintaining safe, orderly work areas.

What you'll do

• Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnosis of equipment malfunctions
• assist with rebuilding, repairing, and maintaining equipment and components
• learn to plan repairs and complete parts orders
• maintain clean and orderly equipment and work areas
• complete repair documentation promptly
• follow safety policies and procedures
• work overtime as required by workload and customer needs
• participate in technician training.
