What you'll do

• Source, screen, interview, and support hiring of candidates, including RBT and BCBA recruitment
• match Registered Behavior Technicians with clients based on location, availability, experience, and clinical needs
• maintain clinician and RBT schedules
• monitor staffing needs and identify solutions for open cases
• coordinate with Intake, Recruitment, Authorizations, Clinical Leadership, and Operations
• document staffing activity
• track provider availability, credentials, and service areas
• support case reassignment and escalate complex staffing concerns.
