What you'll do

• Manage projects from sales turnover through closeout
• create project plans and schedules
• lead pre-construction planning
• coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• review contracts, drawings, budgets, and sequences of operation
• manage risks, RFIs, and change orders
• lead customer and internal meetings
• oversee installation and project closeout
• manage project documentation, cash flow, and service turnover.
